Instructions
2002/2003

1.  The primary document relating to PDP Notebook requirements is the college PDP Program Guidelines and Evaluation Procedures.
2.  M/CS students should replace their existing notebook index with the attached revised index.
3.  Place all former work in your notebook in the appropriate new section.
4.  Freshmen will be graded on their autobiography, their personal essay, and their service learning.
5.  Sophomores will be graded on their personal essay and their service learning.
6.  Juniors will be graded on their personal essay, service learning, and resume’.
7.  Seniors will be graded using criteria contained in the College Guidelines.
8.  Senior Notebooks are due to their advisors on February 3rd.  All others are due on April 1st .
9.  The recommended contents for each personal essay are clearly laid out in the College Guidelines.
10.  Supporting material and documentation, as described in the College Guidelines, should be included in the appropriate personal essay section.
11.  The grading criteria included in the College Guidelines are provided primarily for senior notebooks.  The department will use sections 1 – 5 of that criteria to grade underclass notebooks.
